The owner property of a form (dialog window) is null although it is set to it's
parent (a MDI child window).
A MDI child window will not show if BorderStyle is 'None'.
(A similiar bug reports that a maximized form is not shown,
but the size does not matter, it is not shown at all without decoration)  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. see attached VS project (C# Express 2005); zipped

Actual Results:  
run the application on Windows and on Linux to see the difference
