test case

When you run the attached tool and you go and upload some photos to a Picasa
album the call to _picasaService.Insert in PicasaController.cs UploadPhoto
method line 83 never returns. This works fine on MS NET.

The source code for the GData SDK is here -
http://code.google.com/p/google-gdata/downloads/list and can be compiled with
"make". The sample attached is prebuilt so just run
PicasaUploader/bin/Debug/PicasaUploader.exe
