We are seeing this randomly in our production environment. It appears the
processes hang and mod_mono fires up a new one. When I got to the box over 15
mono processes were running when we would expect one. Seeing this every few
days, although we are not yet aware of what triggers it.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
n/a (We can provide a skeleton of our app if required)
Actual Results:
error attached
Expected Results:
no error
