Tested in mono 2.0 (SLED11) and mono 2.4 (SLED11), here are the observattions

1. When we change, modify, create, delete a file/dir through shell (cmd line)
the events are generated from mono run time.

2. When we change, modify, create, delete a file/dir through nautilus file
browser, the events are not generated from mono run time
