The man page for vbnc, vbnc,1, has been mis-filed as part of the 'mono' source
instead of 'mono-basic'

directhex at mortos:/tmp$ find mono-basic-1.9+dfsg/ -name vbnc.1
directhex at mortos:/tmp$ find mono-1.9.1+dfsg/ -name vbnc.1
mono-1.9.1+dfsg/man/vbnc.1

This is an annoyance for downstream maintainers who need to manually transplant
the man page.
