Notes: This is one that's been around since the beginning - for some reason,
although the control hosting the browser has focus and the engine has received
focus and activation calls, events from the keyboard *only* are not received by
gecko until focus is forced by clicking any area that is not an input control
in the browser.

Also, linux-specific, win32 works fine.
