I see this on mono-2.0-gtksharp-2.10.4-win32-3.exe when running my apps
unit-test in nunit-console.  Threading but no WinForms.

I get an assert dialog with the content below.  As this is in my automated
build I have to be there to close the dialog for the build to continue.
