Hi
Take the folowing tar.gz compiled under linux with MD :
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/monoosc/monooscbuild-1.0.1.5-Build-3172.1695.tar.gz?modtime=1220742895&big_mirror=0 
and run the mono lib/monoosc/MonoOSC.exe under linux , click in the about menu
you will see all okay, copy/paste all on a Windows machine, run again the exe
by double clcicking on it, go in about menu to open it , you will see an error
about ImageList and about form doesn't open.
