In an application that uses multiple threads, after a call to
Environment.Exit(int), the following message is intermittently displayed in the
terminal:

** (Application.exe:18711): WARNING **: Thread (nil) may have been prematurely
finalized
Stacktrace:

Segmentation fault

This error does not always seem to occur.  Due to the complex nature of the
application which produces the problem, no Testcase/Sample code is attached.  I
may try to write a smaller sample app that can re-create the problem when I get
a chance.
