Unit-tests patch

        * CheckedListBoxTest.cs, ListBoxTest.cs: Unit-tests to 
        check Add index in sorted listboxes, as Add return value 
        and in ItemCheck event.
        Unit-tests to check that ItemCheck event handler change 
        to NewValue property is respected in the resultant item 
        state.
