ajaxtoolkit.zip - test case

Recipe:
=======
- extract test webapp
- cd AjaxToolkit
- xsp2

- request localhost:8080 in browser
- click on "Calendar"

Expected result: calendar pops up
Actual result: postback

Remove EnableScriptGlobalization="true" from the ToolkitScriptManager and it
runs fine. Reverting System.Web.Extensions to svn revision 111313 makes it work
with and without EnableScriptGlobalization="true".
