Since Marc's RC1 had problems, I re-tested this on Mono 2.0 RC1 on SLED 10 SP2
i586, and this is still broken (it still says "OnBeginRequest didn't fire".

I used the zip file form comment 2 (note, you need to do a make clean as I
accidentally packaged the dlls. :)
