No, it's not web-browser based.  It's a Console application.  I just did a
search on Google for the message I got and found this issue.  I thought I'd
attach the details for now in case it was related.  If not, then I'll create a
new issue.  However, it might be tricky developing a single testcase to isolate
the issue, as there's quite a lot of threads going on in the application I'm
getting the problems in.
