@Martin: Is your case WebBrowser related?  Given "(no GUI installed)" I presume
not.  This error actually occurs in various 'crash' situations; perhaps another
bug would be more suitable for your report (a new one, or one of the
existing[1])?  This one should really be titled "Crash with WebBrowser when
mismatched components".
