I hate the readonly detection in the PropertyGrid. It's so bizarre. I have
added 2 more conditions and it looks like this time we might have finally got
it right (as in be fully compatible with MS in that matter).

Last PropertyGrid bug on my list. Yay! :)

Fixed in HEAD in r112462 and in 2.0 branch in r112464.
