Attached tarball has everything needed to understand the issue.
Description of Problem:
Basic System.Drawing constructs render differently on Linux/Mono than
Windows/MS.Net.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the attached code
Results:
The offsets of the various shapes are different on Mono than MS.Net.
How often does this happen?
Always.
Additional Information:
I am using libgdiplus-110213 and mono-111509. Easier than alt-tabbing between
the two screenshot attachments would be to run "feh *.png"
