I can repro this in 2.0.  But not with my normal common-dialog test app.  It
depends on FileDialog.ShowHelp (or ShowReadOnly being set), when they're set
they call function ResizeAndRelocateForHelpOrReadOnly which manually positions
the respective controls and thus they appear unaligned with the dialog sizes as
loaded from the stored preferences (in file ~/.mono/mwf_config).
