small test application

After running this application under mono 2.0.1 buttons:
bindingNavigatorMoveFirstItem and toolStripComboBox1
are enabled but should be disabled.
Next after pressing 'disable all bindingNavigator buttons' and 'new bind!'
buttons,
the toolStripComboBox1 button is disabled but should be enabled.

Compare action of this application under MS NET, please.
