Testcase2 (sources + binaries)

Another testcase that triggers a crash on startup. It doesn't happen all the
time, but maybe half the time, on my computer (Mono 2.0.1 and Windows Vista, no
problem with Mono 2.0).
I think both crashes are related, that's why I didn't file a separate bug
report.
