class ReflectionReader
method GetTypeRefFromSig

{
..
  case ElementType.ValueType:
  VALUETYPE vt = t as VALUETYPE;
  TypeReference vtr = GetTypeDefOrRef( vt.Type, context );
  vtr.IsValueType = true;
  return vtr;
..


Sometimes GetTypeDefOrRef() returns null and the next line:
vtr.IsValueType = true;
produce NullReferenceException
