Standard output

Using r117307 of mono/mcs/monocov/olive/gtk-sharp/uia2atk.

Trying to run nunit with monocov leads to a really nasty crash.  Attaching
trace, and last 10K lines of output with -v -v -v -v.

The -v x4 output seemed to indicate it was working on these classes:
