Sorry I overlooked the details of this bug. However, I can still reproduce this
and the results are the same as the bug I was marking as DUPE:

** (process:30601): WARNING **: The following assembly referenced from
/home/knocte/Projects/Test/Test/bin/Debug/Test.exe could not be loaded:
     Assembly:   TestLib    (assemblyref_index=1)
     Version:    1.0.3198.40855
     Public Key: (none)
The assembly was not found in the Global Assembly Cache, a path listed in the
MONO_PATH environment variable, or in the location of the executing assembly
().

Segmentation fault


Beware: I'm using mono SVN but not HEAD: r115849 (Wed, 15 Oct 2008)

I cannot test right now with HEAD.
