When I use a different thread than the main thread on dotNet to put data into
the clipboard, for example with the following code,

Clipboard.SetText("test");

the MS framework seems to clear the clipboard, as if I had called

Clipboard.Clear();

On MONO the clipboard can be filled with just any thread. Note that I used only
STA threads when testing this.

Is dotNet buggy or MONO overfeatured?
