First attempt of a fix

Could you please tests this patch for me and attach the logfile again ?

If this fixes your problem, we need to investigate whether we need to queue
multiple events when debugging heavy multi-threaded applications.

The patch adds some verbose debugging output to the logfile, so if it's still
broken this should help me fix it.

The idea is basically, if we receive an event for an unknown thread, we queue
it and see whether we get a thread creating event later.
