I haven't seen this kind of error or report before and I doubt if it is
specific issue to XIM. Try using debug environment
MONO_WINFORMS_XIM_STYLE=disabled and run your apps and see if it still shows
this "random crash".

Anyways there isn't much information on this report. "Random" crash is not
actually likely random issue. Reproducible code and information on default font
settings would be needed.
