dynamic_base is usually setup from C# code. How are you running your app?
Anyway, assuming you run the program the same why it's strange that on linux it
doesn't happen. You might be able to workaround using SetDynamicBase() on the
appdomain. It would be nice if you could provide a test case where this
happens.
