There seem to be some more bugs with user added rows:
- the "UserAddedRow" is never fired
- the new row is added on MS.NET when the UserAddedRow event is fired: when the
first key is pressed by the user (but this creates new problems: if the user
cancels the input, the line is removed, but no UserCanceledAddingRow event
exists)
