All ouf our code that takes different paths for Windows assumes that everything
is Windows that isn't Unix. By using MacOSX existing code will think that it's
Windows.

Since Microsoft keeps adding new values and Mono is not addig values for each
new supported platform using PlatformID seems to be suitable for reporting
purposes only.

On the other hand I don't know how could Windows be identified safely.
