In r114845 I've finally applied part of my mini/Makefile.am patch - everything
except the distribution of not yet committed cpu-ppc64.md.

Now, anyone trying to build for ppc64 from vanilla trunk should get a build
rule error for cpu-ppc64.h due to missing dependency cpu-ppc64.md.
