I add parameters in Project->Run->General that refer to files included in the
project like:

./../../Cumberland.Tests/maps/mexico.xml

I assume I am in the bin/<Configuration>/ directory.  This works for regular
run but not debug:

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path
"/usr/Cumberland.Tests/maps/mexico.xml".
