Description of Problem:
Error 500 on code-render test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. start xsp2
2. run the test ASP.NET Framework / code-render


Actual Results:

System.FormatException: Input string was not in the correct format
  at System.Int32.Parse (System.String s, NumberStyles style, IFormatProvider
provider) [0x00000] 
  at System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebColorConverter.ConvertFrom
(ITypeDescriptorContext context, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture,
System.Object value) [0x00000] 


Expected Results:
 - test should complete
