A complete example of the treeview performance issue

Sorry for the size of the example, but simple cases I tried did not seem to
produce the same results.

I have eliminated DrawNode from the problem by getting the same result after
changing the DrawMode from OwnerDrawText to Normal.

Let me know if you need any more details.
