patch: atomic.h, implement Interlocked*Pointer for both ppc and ppc64

Patch revised to share implementations of InterlockedCompareExchangePointer and
InterlockedExchangePointer between ppc and ppc64, using local defines for the
differing instructions as suggested on IRC.

Compiles okay on OSX/ppc.

Okay to commit?
