Testcase (sources + binaries)

Actually, I couldn't get the DragDrop event to work on either Windows or Linux,
with any Mono version...
The attached testcase works fine for me with MS .NET, but not with Mono. After
dropping a file on program window, you should get a message box that tells you
the name of the file you dropped.
