Fixed in r1117.  Note that this is a change to NPlot, not Mono, so you will
need a new version of it to test with.

       * MenuForm.cs: Do not run new forms on separate threads.  MWF does not
support running Forms on different threads.  (see bug #323485)  This had
already been changed for one of the demos, I fixed it for the other two.
