draft ppc64 patch (3/3)

Updated draft patch:

* rebased against non-ppc64 functional changes
* clarified some CHECKMEs
* stripped debug output
* mono/arch/ppc/ppc-codegen.h:
  resolved CHECKME for dcba,
  shuffled macros a little (ppc_break, ppc_opcode),
  fixed cntlzwx instruction family (not ppc64-only),
  added missing cntlzdx instruction family (ppc64)
* mono/arch/ppc/test.c:
  don't comment out old macro tests
* mono/mini/exceptions-ppc.c:
  move CODE_LENGTH defines outside functions
