Yes, its because of the misfeature in g_shell_parse_argv() mentioned in the svn
log for r99136, where it throws away everything after the #.  For the 'open'
verb case with UseShellExecute=true I can work around it easily enough, but
this case is going to require rewriting to avoid g_shell_parse_argv().

Downgrading to Minor, I'm not going to get to it in the near future.  Please
upgrade again if this is a blocker for something.
