This is from branches/mono-1.9. I honestly cannot reproduce this, as I can't
identify the complexity I'm doing to cause it. I have many threads, many
appdomains, and it crashes around the time I make a call to Process.Start and
WaitForExit. I hope the stack trace can help you find the code path.
I will run it with whatever other options you might want to identify the
problem. As far as the native traces below, it looks like every thread is stuck
in some pthread related stuff. Disabling SMP does not solve it.
