After clicking on "Images and Video" you can move the mouse over the popup
window (without selecting anything) and the popup won't close when the mouse
button is released.

Somehow ML events are not setting (or resetting) the state of the control.
Placing a breakpoint (with Firebug) inside HidePopup will make SL behavior
identical.
