The javascript appears to be in UTF-8 (which is fine and 'correct'), but
firefox thinks the encoding is latin1 or some such because the text appears the
same as we render it inside the javascript source code.

Also, there's quite a lot of text that looks borked in the javascript due to
confusion about the charset, so I'm fairly certain the issue isn't a moonlight
bug.
