It looks like legal hasn't approved 1.9.1 in factory yet (although this bug is
probably unrelated).

Also, in comment 1, the opensuse 10.3... has it been updated to 1.9?  1.9.1?

Sebastien: yes, it may be worth setting up a libgdiplus-branch in monobuild for
these cases.
