Fixed in SVN. It supports checking the declsec table for the SkipVerification
flag. Only version 2.0 of the permission set format is supported.

Version 1.0 is not supported. Patches for that are welcome, thou.

The patch to have it working under CAS must have the issues pointed by
Sebastien fixed, in case someone wants it too.
