Ok, they're installed, but now that I've removed the binary install from my
home directory, I get the following error:
could not be loaded:
     Assembly:   Microsoft.VisualBasic    (assemblyref_index=1)
     Version:    8.0.0.0
     Public Key: b03f5f7f11d50a3a

Is 1.9.1 supposed to come with this built-in? I know before I had to install a
mono-basic rpm, but can't find anything similar for 1.9.1.
