Using shortcuts in context menus throws a nullref exception. 

Steps to reproduce: 
- Create a winform with a listview and a context menu. 
- Associate the menu with the listview
- Add an menuitem with a keyboard shortcut

running and typing the shortcut throws the nullref. 

Tested on 1.9.4
