Steps to reproduce:
 - download source from
http://designwithsilverlight.com/tutorials/photoGalleryWall/photoGalleryWallHowTo.zip
 - or go to
http://rhowell.provo.novell.com/moonlight/tests/photoGalleryWall/Default.html
 - click on a thumbnail on the left.

Expected results:
 - when page is loaded, when you click on an thumbnail on the left, the image
on the right should fade out quickly and the new image should appear.

Actual results:
 - fading is very slow in moonlight

How often does this happen? Always
