Steps to reproduce:
 - http://blogs.msdn.com/synergist/pages/silverlight-map.aspx
 - click on one of the topics in the graph (like 'Learn')

Expected results:
 - user should see the topic expand its children
 - user should see text in the new bubbles.


Actual results:
 - subtopics expand properly, but with no text.

How often does this happen? Always
