Steps to reproduce:
 - http://xmldocs.net/
 - click on Test in the menu bar at the top

Expected results:
 - user should see a check box next to the label 'checkbox'
 - comboBox and dropDown box should be clickable (they have three items in
each)
 - Button should be at the top of the section, above the dropDown

Actual results:
 - check box is missing
 - comboBox and dropDown box are not clickable
 - controls are all out of order.
