Well just like it should be expected it doesn't matter how the event handler is
attached: Application_BeginRequest or httpaplicationinstance.BeginRequest+=.
After calling HttpContext.RewritePath in the event handler HttpApplication
tries to compile the originally requested file in mono 1.9.0 (haven't tried
mono trunk yet).
