My first functional but non-practical patch

The attached patch enables XIM support. There's couple of points to be improved
but at least I can enter Japanese text via scim and Atok X3 for Linux (which
uses iiimx).

The patch is buggy for now; it "maps" root window which results in obstacle.
Though atokx3 does not work without it.
