Description of Problem: request to any page return empty response

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run VS2008 and create new ASP.NET application
2. Write such code in Page_Load of default page: Response.Write("Test");
3. Run application and look at word "Test" in browser
4. Select "Publish web site" menu item and publish site in directory you like
5. Run explorer, find directory from step 4 and select context menu "XSP 2.0
web server here"
6. Run browser and try to load the test page and you'll see empty white page
instead of word "Test"


Actual Results: empty page


Expected Results: page with word "Test"


How often does this happen: always


Additional Information: tested using WindowsXP 64bit, Mono 1.9.4
